Caramel macchiato with almond milk! Thankfully, our onsite café makes one of the best I’ve had and at a subsidized price.

Cup of Confidence
We all want to meet and get to know others who might be doing something similar to us, or can help us get to where we want to go. This doesn’t have to be in a formal setting such as a networking event, although networking events do create a great platform. This is an important tip to me because this was something I struggled with. I was nervous to go to an event with people I didn’t know, or start a conversation with someone random. Once I put the fear aside, I found the value of networking and opened myself up to a lot of great opportunities.
One of the coolest opportunities I was able to be involved in was sparked by asking to share a table with someone at a crowded small coffee shop in the heart of Manhattan. We started chatting and she shared all about her startup business. After that conversation, I spent two years investing my time in being a part of the business!
